Personal Development

Are you living a life of intention?

Women tend to give and give and give. It’s in our nature. There’s a deep generosity that we extend—both at work and at home—without even being conscious of it. It is very often at the expense of our own lives.

The fundamental challenge for women is believing that we must gift ourselves with attention, care and sanctuary, in order to be of service to others.

There are many ways that dissatisfaction shows up. The ultimate risk would be to never explore your own needs and desires, your own gifts and what your contributions might be. What are you here to do?

Your children are grown, off in college, and you realize their need for you, their dependency on you, all of that has shifted.

Suddenly, you assess your life, your marriage, and your relationships and wonder, “Who am I?”

You look at your spouse and realize, “I don’t even know you anymore.” You become aware of a lack of and a deep desire for something more.

Women’s Circles create a nurturing, safe place for women to connect and support each other in a loving community. Time to reflect, structured dialogue, accountability and support can help you sort through emotions, values and commitments to inform your next phase of life.

A Life in Relationship Program

A Life in Relationship (ALIR) is a nine-month women’s development program where women learn to reflect, play and develop together. Each time we offer ALIR, an extraordinary community is created which deepens over time. At the heart of ALIR is the opportunity for each woman to also work on your own development with a professional certified coach.
