Leadership is personal.
Let’s get clear on what matters to you.
This is a bold undertaking.
It requires courage, curiosity, and trust.
It also takes a partner who can see you and meet you in your challenges, and hold a space of safety, integrity, and playfulness.
Leadership is a path of mastery—a significant aspect of which is mastery of oneself.
Leaders are humans first.
I often hear clients say something like, “I can’t be that human at work.” To which I respond, “Yes you can. In fact, you already are!”
At their best, leaders bring a keen mind, open heart, and spirit of learning and growth.
And the most supportive, influential thing you can do for yourself and others is to continue to develop your humanity and transform yourself.
Let’s talk about how I might support you.

About Karen
I am an executive coach and consultant with decades of experience leading people and organizations through significant change.
In 2002 I started Aznoian Leadership Development with a clear mission: to help leaders succeed at using change as a positive force of growth. I knew many leaders with corporate experience who, like me, wanted to grow, learn and make a sustainable impact on their culture.
In the corporate world I’ve drawn on lessons learned amid some of the most profound times in modern business history.
I use a proven, innovative blend of personalized assessment and masterful coaching, and state of the art executive and leadership practices. Each engagement is customized to you and your circumstances. Hundreds of clients report transforming their leadership and their lives.
My clients discover inherent capacities and qualities that bring their own voice and authentic self to their roles: balance, clarity, gratitude, power, and changes that self-generate over time.

Attending to my own development is essential to supporting yours.
It has put me in contact with powerful modalities and wisdom traditions that I apply in my work.
These days my most powerful practice is one of earthing: standing barefoot on the grass, or sand, or dirt, gazing at the vastness of the ocean or the sky: a vital reminder of the vastness of the world and our place in it.
My place in the world is in New England, where I live with my husband. I also have two grown sons.
